For a myriad of reasons, no summary for 2025 seems reasonable. However, in addition to our continued galloping pace of living (Chuck) and our desire to stay put (Peg) we have been in the studio making what we call, Art for a Burning World.
We have found art can help us begin a new dialogue with one another, break into our fears and worries, and create something meaningful. It has helped us counter the lie that we are separate from others and from our Earth. We flourish together. We believe that the arts possess a remarkable ability to foster reflection, ignite wonder, and bridge the distance between us.
When a world is burning, literally or metaphorically, it makes barriers. Creative practice lets us remember how to let love in and how to release it into the world. So, keep creating and let us stay connected! Our burning world needs poetry, painting, music and, of course, so much love. With deep gratitude for you,
